Maripat and Helen were beyond anything I could put into words. For it being my first pregnancy, first ultra, etc, the community women’s center of America made me feel like I was apart of a family. The first place I went to made me feel shamed in a way (not intentionally) but CWCA were very caring, attentive, non judgemental, and they shared me and my partners excitement and calmed some nerves. They wanted to support me in whatever decision I made. I absolutely highly recommend them! I told my partner that I’d invite them to the baby shower lol, that’s how comfortable I felt with them even though they’re strangers! We walked away feeling great about ourselves and this new journey we’re embarking on!
My experience has been amazing and I really love how Haley was with me every step of the way. From how I felt walking into the building for the first time til now. I love the love that I feel. I feel like they are the family that I don’t have living here in Philly. I am feeling great and I honestly don’t think it could get any better than this. I would recommend this place to anyone. If you are needing someone to talk to and you don’t know the way, this is the best place to come. Very welcoming and I would recommend the community women’s center to anyone. They have really changed my life and I’m so happy that I chose them 🤍
When I first came, I was feeling really hurt because I was in a hard situation and in a dark space. The people at the Community Women’s Center lifted me up with good energy and kind words. They helped me feel better and get better. They helped me feel more confident about myself. I felt a good spirit at the center and I started feeling better. In the times I was thinking negative, I would come to the center and they helped me think positive. Since coming, I’ve been feeling so much better. They are great and wonderful.
